Some of Emily’s projects include the sale of 200 Lambert Road, a 52-acre property with polo fields and facilities, Alma Del Pueblo, a new development in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, with 37 residences and 29,000 square feet of commercial space. Alma Del Pueblo is 100% sold. Recently, Emily sold El Fureidis, the historic Bertram Goodhue estate in the heart of Montecito, also popularly known as the location of the film ‘Scarface’. Emily helps her clients with listing their properties for sale, and assisting clients in purchasing their primary residences, second homes, or investment properties. Emily works on a variety of high-end luxury estates, distressed sales, and beach properties, making her a truly versatile agent.

 

East & West Coast Experience

In 2008, Emily spent some time across Santa Barbara and New York City, working on a large project (a brand new 58-story building with 223 residences) with a partner right next to Ground Zero. As Emily put it,

“It was an amazing experience to be living in New York City, right in SoHo in the heart of things, and to expand my real estate portfolio of experience to be involved with the largest new development in Downtown New York. Even still, Santa Barbara is where my heart is. You see those mountains, and you know you’re home.”

Financial Expertise & Business Background 

Beginning her real estate career in her junior year of college, while earning a degree in Business Economics & Accounting at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Emily gained firsthand experience in real estate through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, then working under Coldwell Banker before joining Village Properties in 2004. Emily has emerged as an extremely well rounded agent with a knowledge of finance and a work ethic exceeded only by her passion to serve her clients.

Emily’s dedication to people extends well beyond the borders of Village Properties as she has dedicated her free time serving as the Chair of the Member Services Committee for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and also on the Housing Opportunity Committee for Santa Barbara. The Housing Opportunity Committee keeps Emily intimately involved with many of the housing land use issues facing the area. As a graduate of San Francisco State University, Brittney carries a degree in Broadcasting Electronic Communications as well as a passion for real estate.

With her background working as a sales and marketing specialist for one of the top producing staging companies in San Francisco, Brittney has helped implement staging designs for over 100 properties and has a great eye for marketing properties. Making strong connections between clients, agents, and designers, it was obvious her passion was to pursue real estate early in her career.

Brittney's dedication to deepening relationships and tenacious work ethic as a team player make her an asset to Emily Kellenberger & Associates. As a key member on Emily’s team, Brittney arranges showings for multiple properties, books luxurious vacation rentals, coordinates the escrow process for purchases and sales, and manages portfolios for over 75 tenants in the Santa Barbara area. OF THE AREA

Jamie earned her BA in Environmental Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and continued her education with obtaining a teaching credential from Westmont College. She has taught kindergarten through second grade at multiple local elementary schools in Santa Barbara and has become involved in multiple educational programs for children. She is an amazingly energetic, organized and motivated team player, and a proud mother of her two children, Isla and Merrik. Jamie has always had an immense love for architecture, design and the unique properties of Santa Barbara.

Tiffanie joined Emily Kellenberger’s team as a marketing and financial assistant during her senior year in college. Originally from Los Angeles, she is currently studying at the University of California, Santa Barbara and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. With her background in mathematics and statistics, Tiffanie assists with various roles in the office including market research, bookkeeping, and data management with CRM systems. In addition, Tiffanie's experience with coding has helped her implement tools and resources for the facilitation of the team's bookkeeping needs.
